Ordering step by step
There is nothing to sign up for. Each product page carries a three-box form: name, country code and mobile number.
What happens after you press the button
Your request goes to an advisor, who phones you from a local number, most often during the day.
Together you check which product you want, how many, the total to pay and the delivery address.
No parcel leaves before that call has taken place.
The courier collects the payment in cash when handing over the parcel.
A mistake in the form
It happens: a missing digit, the wrong product. The advisor fixes it with you during the call, and cancels the order there and then if you prefer.
Frequently asked questions
Does the form charge anything?
Nothing at all. pelanda has no online payment: everything is settled at the door.
Can I use a family member's mobile?
Yes. Select the country code of that number and the advisor will ring it.
