Data kept for an order
An order at pelanda needs two details: a name and a mobile number. That is all.
What we use them for
To call you and confirm the order, and so the courier can find the recipient. We store them encrypted; the only one who receives them is the distributor in charge of shipping.
What we do not do
Sell or lend your data, or use it to send you advertising.
How browsing is measured
pelanda uses Microsoft Clarity to follow how visitors move through the site: pages viewed, clicks and scrolling. It shows us which parts of the site need work.
Clarity may save its own measurement cookies on your device. Whatever goes into the order form's name and mobile fields is masked and never passed to Clarity. This browsing data is not sold and not used for advertising.
Asking for deletion
An email to info@pelanda.shop with the mobile number used for the order is enough: we delete your data within 30 days, apart from what the law obliges us to keep.
