Changing your mind before paying
Nobody pays in advance, so backing out before delivery has no cost.
On the call or at the door
Let the advisor know during the call, or decline the parcel when the courier presents it. Nothing is charged.
Damaged tube or bottle
Email us at info@pelanda.shop saying which product you received and the mobile number used for the order. We answer with what the distributor proposes.
Opened creams and gels
Once opened, they cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. The exception is a pack that arrived broken or a product other than the one ordered.
